Account Manager

We connect people with brands on the web, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
We are seeking an Account Manager.
This position is the hub of our project workflow and the face of our client relationships.
The ideal candidate will:
• Build strong, positive, honest relationships with clients
• Take ownership of project planning and management
• Hold both the creative team and clients accountable for deadlines and budgets
• Set and manage client expectations
• Facilitate productive dialogue between clients and the creative team
• Identify and exploit opportunities to grow client accounts
You might be a good fit if you:
• Have excellent organizational and communications skills
• Are obsessively detail oriented
• Enjoy building strong working relationships with clients and coworkers
• Possess both a creative eye and a good business sense
• Are a problem-solver who can direct others
• Have some experience at an advertising agency or in a marketing department
• Have a bachelor’s degree
